I have been tracking the Clark family recently, from James Clark and Jane Vance who lived in Hinchenbrook, Quebec, Canada in 1852 after immigrating to Canada.

After James died in South Pontiac, Quebec, the family spread out leaving children in Parry Sound, Ontario, while most of them moved cross border to northern Michigan.

While some of the family stayed in Cheboygan, Michigan, including mother Jane, others moved across the United States, with at least three of the brothers dying in California.  There were some interesting challenges in this research which I will detail later as I put the family tree together in a presentable fashion.
